Debt Settlement-Debt Negotiation Program

What type of Client will Qualify for a FREE consultation?

Ø Must have at least $10,000 of unsecured debts (account minimum is $500 balance)

Ø Clients who are already behind on their unsecured debts.

Ø Clients who have experienced a pay cut that can’t keep up with their payments.

Ø Clients who want to try and avoid Bankruptcy.

Ø Clients who want to stop the late fees, interest charges and can’t keep up with minimum payments anymore.

Ø Clients who want to pay off unsecured debts in 2-4 years.

Ø Clients who can afford to pay something.

Ø ***The key to our program is that you must be in need of debt relief. Those that are not struggling to make payments will not find our settlement program of much help and will actually do further harm to their situations.**

Client Advantages:

Ø Settlements can be approximately 40-60% of your unsecured debt total

Ø Once accounts are Settled; the calls from creditors will go away

Ø One affordable program payment

Ø Settle your debt in 2 – 4 years or less!

Be Careful:

1.) Debt Settlement programs can only assist with UNSECURED DEBT. A lot of companies will allow you to add active Mortgages, Auto Loans, and Equity Loans to the debt total they will settle for you. We will protect your best interest and do not accept these types of accounts so that you do not lose your assets.

2.) Debt Settlement programs require that all of your unsecured credit accounts are closed or deactivated. You cannot pick and choose what accounts you keep and which ones you include for debt settlement.

Debts we CAN accept:

Ø Credit Card Debt

Ø Medical Bills in Collection

Ø Department Store Cards

Ø Unsecured Loans

Ø Past Due Rent if in collections

Ø Local Merchant Accounts

Ø Past Due Utility Bills if in collections

Ø Automobile Repossession Balances

Ø Oil/Gas Cards

Ø Personal Loans *must be verified that they are not tied to any assets

Ø Gym Memberships if in collections

Debts we CANNOT accept:

Ø “CASH CALL”/Pay Day Loans

Ø Secured Debts or Collateralized Loans (i.e. car loans, home loans, etc.)

Ø Signature Loans (unless paperwork can verify that it is not collateralized)

Ø Utilities of any kind unless in collections

Ø Rent of any kind unless in collections
